Thank you for your interest in Syntellix AI LLC (“Syntellix AI,” “we,” or “us”) and our website Syntellix.ai, as well as our related websites (collectively, our “Site”). These terms and conditions, together with Syntellix AI’s Privacy Policy (together, these “Terms”), govern your access to and use of the Site, so please read everything carefully. These Terms expressly do not govern your access to or use of Syntellix AI’s software platform or services, which are subject to the Syntellix AI Master Software and Services Agreement, Syntellix AI End User Terms and Conditions, or other written agreements between you and Syntellix AI.
By clicking “Agree” or by otherwise accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, all applicable laws, and regulations, and acknowledge that you are responsible for compliance with any local laws. If you are an entity, organization, or company, the individual accepting these Terms on your behalf represents that they have the authority to bind you to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Site.
Subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms, Syntellix AI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, worldwide right to access and use the Site solely for your internal purposes using supported browsers through the Internet. You may not allow unauthorized third parties to use the Site. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Syntellix AI and its licensors. You may not: A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila! • Modify or create derivative works based on the Site. • Reverse engineer the Site or use it to develop a competing product. • Copy any features, functions, or graphics from the Site. All intellectual property, including visual design, code, data, and software, belongs to Syntellix AI and its licensors.
If you provide input or suggestions for improving the Site (“Feedback”), you grant Syntellix AI an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully paid, royalty-free right to use the Feedback in any way to improve the Site or develop other products and services.
The Site may contain third-party software or links to third-party websites. Syntellix AI is not responsible for the content or software from third-party sites. You may obtain and use third-party software under their respective licenses.
Syntellix AI is not responsible for monitoring user content or any third-party content on the Site. However, Syntellix AI reserves the right to monitor and inspect data transmitted through the Site. If monitored, information may be collected and used following our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are effective from when you accept them or use the Site and remain in effect until terminated. Your access may be terminated automatically if you breach these Terms. Syntellix AI may also suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason. You may terminate these Terms by contacting contact@syntellix.ai. Upon termination: • All license rights will end, and you must stop using the Site. • Sections 2, 6, 7, 8, and 10 will survive termination.
The Site is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Syntellix AI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Syntellix AI makes no guarantees about the accuracy or availability of the Site and assumes no responsibility for any errors, interruptions, or issues that arise from using the Site.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Syntellix AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Syntellix AI’s total liability under these Terms is limited to $100.
Syntellix AI may update these Terms at any time without notice. If material changes are made, Syntellix AI will notify users through commercially reasonable efforts. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Any claims related to the Site or these Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We are not obligated to provide support for the Site. Any support provided will be subject to our published policies.
